Community Rules
Like any community, Consignment Crossroads has rules to help ensure a safe and enjoyable buying and selling experience. Please take a moment to read through our Community Rules.General guidelines:
- Honor your commitment to buy or sell.
- Maintain current account information.
- Limit your selling activity to a single account. If you cannot log in, please contact customer support for password assistance.
- Suspended or blocked customers may not establish new accounts.
- Leave thoughtful feedback about your transaction partners.
- Do not misrepresent yourself.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old.
- Sellers: Once you post an item for sale on Consignment Crossroad you are giving permission to Consignment Crossroads to list your photos on the Consignment Crossroads fan facebook page.
- Sellers: Post and honor your customer return and refund policies. Provide refunds promptly, and in no case later than thirty (30) days following the close of the sale.
- Buyers: carefully read and understand the individual Seller’s posted customer return and refund policies (including inspection period, any taxes, shipping and handling charges or other charges to be refunded).
- DO NOT solicit off site business through our auctions or forum. You may purchase advertising space by contacting the administrator.
Violations of our Terms & Conditions, of which these Community Rules are a part, can result in suspension of your Consignment Crossroads account.

Terms & Conditions
Acceptance of Terms
Consignment Crossroads, LLC (hereafter referred to as “ConsignmentCrossroads.com” or “www.ConsignmentCrossroads.com”) provides a collection of online resources and content (“Service’) made available on the ConsignmentCrossroads.com website (“Site”). By using the Site in any way, you are agreeing to comply with these terms of use (“Terms”). Should you object to any term or condition of these Terms, or any subsequent modifications to the Terms your only recourse is to immediately discontinue use of the Site.

All content including messages, text, files, images, photos, or other ("Content") posted on, transmitted through, or linked from the Service, are the sole responsibility of the person from whom such Content originated.

Conduct
You agree not to:
· upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
· impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, a ConsignmentCrossroads.com official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
· upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party;
· upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation.
· upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
· interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;
You acknowledge that ConsignmentCrossroads.com may or may not pre-screen content, but that ConsignmentCrossroads.com and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or move any content that is available via the Service. ConsignmentCrossroads.com and its designees shall have the right to remove any Content that violates the Terms or is otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such content. You agree that ConsignmentCrossroads.com has no responsibility or liability for the deletion or failure to store any Content maintained or transmitted by the Service. You acknowledge that ConsignmentCrossroads.com reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice, and that ConsignmentCrossroads.com shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Termination of service
You agree that ConsignmentCrossroads.com, in its sole discretion, has the right (but not the obligation) to delete or deactivate your account, block your email or IP address, or otherwise terminate your access to or use of the Service (or any part thereof), immediately and without notice, and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, if ConsignmentCrossroads.com believes that you have acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the Terms. Further, you agree that ConsignmentCrossroads.com shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the Service. Further, you agree not to attempt to use the Service after said termination.
Dealings with organizations and individuals
Your interactions with organizations and/or individuals found on or through the Service, including payment and delivery of goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such organizations and/or individuals. You agree that ConsignmentCrossroads.com shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, or between users and any third party, you understand and agree that ConsignmentCrossroads.com is under no obligation to become involved. Indemnity

Copyright Complaints

Advertised Sites

Advertiser accepts all risk concerning the suitability, use, performance or nonperformance.

ConsignmentCrossroads.com and third party users are independent contractors in relation to each other and with respect to all matters arising under the Agreement. There is no partnership, joint venture, association or employment relationship between the parities.
ConsignmentCrossroads.com is not responsible for the privacy statements, use policy statements or other content on third party websites.
ConsignmentCrossroads.com does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.
ConsignmentCrossroads.com will not disclose personal information of third parties unless (i) required to do so by law (ii) to protect and defend the rights or property of ConsignmentCrossroads.com (iii) to protect the personal safety of users of www.ConsignmentCrossroads.com or the public.
